What makes a difference in the moment-to-moment quality of your life, at work and at home?   Having a sense of purpose. An inspiring mission or sense of calling.

As human beings, we need something to believe in, something that feels like a higher calling. Something that adds meaning to our existence. To be more engaged, excited, dynamic, happier, committed to contributing, connect with your sense of purpose.

Here are two ways to reclaim your purpose, or perhaps know it for the first time. If you’re introspective, look within. Daily, give yourself fifteen minutes. Sit and hold the intention of knowing your purpose. If you’re action-oriented, find something that really interests you. Try it out. See what it teaches you about your reason for being.
