I hope you’re enjoying this season that begins at Thanksgiving stretches straight through to the New Year. Festive sights and sounds and positive energy are all around. Even in the workplace, there is an air of joy as colleagues gather for luncheons and parties.
In meetings over the last few weeks, I’ve heard people expressing appreciation to one another as they acknowledgement specific achievements, offer gratitude for supportive teamwork, and look to the year ahead.
As you reflect on 2015 and all you’ve learned and accomplished, I hope you’re feeling appreciative.
