Tis the Season
I hope you’ve been attending holiday gatherings, and having a great time connecting with colleagues and friends – wherever they sit in your organization’s hierarchy.
This is the time of year when many of us slow down a little. We relax and chill out. Our hearts tend to be a little more open, making it easier to connect and have deeper, more meaningful conversation about important topics, 2016 goals, significant future plans.
In the professional and personal realms of my life, this season sparks a quality of openness, deeper connection and generosity that’s meaningful. It’s a time when I feel particularly grateful for the many important relationships and good things I enjoy everyday. I hope you’re enjoying this season and looking forward to all you’ll create in 2016. My thoughts have certainly turned in that direction.
