If you’re looking for ways to shape your company’s culture, invest in training – not just any training, but the kind of learning experiences that provides a consistent message that aligns with the direction of your business, and teaches the mindsets and skills that support the kinds of behaviors and outcomes required to achieve your vision.

Get everyone involved. At all levels – top, middle and bottom – tailor the learning to fit the needs and expectations of the audience. But, again, by all means insure that the core messages, mindsets and behaviors are described and practiced in all of the learning events. Drive home the idea of application of learning on the job.
