Sliding Out Of the Slump
A regular reader of my weekly newsletter wrote and described what she called her slump. I don’t know about you, but I’ve had more than a few slumps over the course of my life. It’s that period of time where you feel flat, flaccid, and apathetic; your energy is low and motivation is missing. Things just aren’t right. You need something to help you shift.
The reader’s email went on to say she was happy to report she’d broken the spell and was now back in the game. She disrupted her doldrums by taking action…specifically, a couple of workshops. The session content helped her shift her perspective. She connected with inspired and inspiring people. And, she said, “Teressa, I started reading your newsletter again, consistently.”
