This Season
I enjoy this time of year. And, it’s seems many others do, as well. It’s a season of fun-filled gatherings and sharing good wishes. During this time of year, kindness, warm smiles and generosity are legitimized in all dimensions of life.
Perhaps you and your co-workers are making plans for a luncheon at a local restaurant, a shared meal where people bring their favorite dish, or a festive after-work party. Whatever you decide to do, be sure the invitation is extended to everyone and the plans reflect respect for all traditions celebrated this time of year and represented in your department.
When mindfully planned, your holiday celebration, whatever form it takes, can go a long way to build bridges differences and strengthen the sense of inclusion and teamwork. Make the most of the goodwill this season kindles.
