So, as you and your team march towards your common goal, consider that each person’s path to that goal may be slight different, and require building strength in a particular area. Responding to their needs will likely mean looking beyond existing tools and approaches.
Perhaps one person needs confidence boosting, while another could benefit from lessons on effective communication or organization. Once you know their challenges, look for creative ways to lessen their impact.
