- Who needs to improve and in which areas? What kind of action plan needs to be developed to address their specific shortfalls? What resources can you devote to making this person your next rising star?
- Who is still not making sufficient progress, in spite of ongoing coaching and development efforts? Is it time to counsel them and support their transition to more suitable work?
