To wrap up the year, I’d like to share a list of the three most popular videos on my YouTube channel and what I believe they say about where our collective heads are right now.  

“How to Listen More and Talk Less” continues to be the most-watched video. It has topped the chart since 2017.  Although it might not always seem so, this is evidence that some people are genuinely interested in becoming better listeners.  

In the number two slot is “Regain Control of Your Calendar” – no surprise as we try to squeeze more and more into our already crowded lives.  

Number three:  “7 Ways to Lead By Example.”  From birth to the present moment, you and I respond to what we see.  We hear what others say, but we trust what they do.  Leading by constructive example builds trust and produces positive results.
