How To Dig Beneath The Surface of The Polished Resume and Interview Skills
Sometimes we make the wrong hiring decision, regardless of how thorough our interview process is or how outstanding the candidate’s resume appears. - Does the applicant have the ability to do the job? Does he possess the necessary knowledge, skill proficiency and resiliency in the face of challenges?
- Does she demonstrate a level of adaptability? Can she reflect and adjust her way of thinking, or quickly change directions to accommodate rapidly changing priorities?
- Is he compatible with your organizational environment? Does he have the personal qualities and characteristics to effectively interact with you, team members, clients and stakeholders?
