We’re all experiencing significant COVID-19-related challenges.  And across the diversity spectrum of black, indigenous and people of color, women, LGBTQIA community members, people with disabilities, and working parents, issues are particularly acute.

A McKinsey survey says across demographic groups and geographies, workers are struggling with mental health issues, work–life balance, concerns about workplace health and safety, an absence of connection and belonging, and worries about job security and career progression.  

COVID-19-related challenges will persist well into 2021, and beyond, requiring employers to place particular emphasis on innovative HR policies, flexible work schedules, expansion of remote work arrangements, and additional resources to support employees.
