They offer financial education, and soon, personal financial counseling will be available to all employees. In addition to flexible work policies, employees get five paid days off a year to volunteer, and access to onsite mindfulness workshops. Anyone fortunate enough to work on their San Jose, Research Triangle Park or Bangalore campuses, has access to a swanky medical center – complete with concierge service.

You might not need to go that far, but if you’ve committed to wellness in your company, consider expanding beyond the health offerings. People have different needs. Investigate other ways you can support the whole person in order to increase productivity and decrease turnover.
