It’s called Shine. It’s an APP that allows candidates to track their progress through J&J’s hiring maze. Job prospects get status updates and alerts on what to expect next. They can browse articles and videos related to where they are in the hiring process. They can hear from recent hires and connect with a member of the Talent Acquisition team on Twitter to get advice and have their questions answered by a real person.
The company’s goal is to motivate job seekers with practical help at every step. Shine also provides transparency that the company hopes will improve the job-hunting experience.
