If you want to help foster Inclusion in your world, get curious about yourself, and others.

If you’re unaware of your diversity, begin a process of self-discovery. Get to know how your cultural conditioning shapes your mindset, values and the way you see others. Learn about your personal style – your personality and preferences – and how it affects the way you react to situations and interact with others. Get curious about how your functional role and job level influence the way you see things in the workplace. Each of these dimensions – cultural, personal and positional – is an important aspect of diversity. They apply to you and everyone.

When your associates talk about their experiences, engage with a “tell me more about that” attitude. Be open and curious. Listen and learn about their unique life experiences.
