Every individual, every task, project, team, department and business, has a purpose – a distinct contribution to make.  We feel most satisfied, and successful, when performing the service, or utilizing skills and qualities that align with our sense of purpose.

If you want to do work that resonates with your heart-felt sense of purpose, remember, purpose does not necessarily reside in a job a title.  Look for ways to constructively express your special gifts in your current position.  And, if following your passion necessitates a job or lifestyle change, proceed by structuring a solid plan.

Make your purpose your way of being, no matter what you’re doing.  Saying, “Yes!,” to fuller utilization of your particular gifts and talents is a powerful movement toward greater fulfillment.
